How long does the course take?
About 150 minutes of learning, worth 4 CPD units. You work through it online at your own pace.
Does this give me a workplace first aid certificate?
No. It refreshes your knowledge. A workplace first aid certificate needs a face-to-face course with a practical assessment, which we can arrange.

IIRSM, Institute of Hospitality and CPD.
When do I get my certificate?
As soon as you pass the course questions. You can download it straight away.
Can I buy it for several staff?
Yes. Ask for group pricing or open a business account to assign the course and track progress.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, if you bought the course in error and have not logged in or started it. Once you have started a course it cannot be refunded.
