Refunds and cancellations
How refunds work for online and in-person courses.
Online courses
- Bought a course in error and have not logged in or started it? You get a full refund.
- Unused course logins are refunded in full.
- Once you have logged in and started a course, it cannot be refunded.
To ask for a refund, email training@qrstraining.co.uk with your name and the course you bought.
In-person courses
Payment is due in full at least 14 days before the course starts.
